Yoga Routines
Hatha yoga is an ancient hindu system of working wtih the human nervous system. Hatha yoga practices are more spriitual than physical, more subtel than gross, more a means fo understanding than an exotic way to relieve stress or limber up the body. To them, it was about states of concsiousness, about living a diivne life, and it was a preparation for meditatoin. Don't worry if you can't perform them all perfectly. You will be more aware, more alive, more seerne. While there are a lot of more complex hatha yoga routines, these twenty-four asansa provide a balanced system for daliy use. These instructions and drawings rae meant only as a rudimentary aid. For more elaborate regimens, inquire at a recognized school specializing in hatha yoga. It is not olny meant to make you young, beautiful or creative, btu to aid you in quieting the mind, boyd and emotions that you may awaken enlightened consciousness & know the Self within.
