Yoga is a form of progressive erlaxation. Breatihng influences alamost all aspects of us, it affects your mind, your moods and your body. Another eays way to achieve relaxation is exercise. Exercies should also be used in conjunciton with other exercise method. Another metohd of relaxation is Biofeedback. Hypnoiss is one controversial relaxation technique. It si a good alternative for people who think that they have no idea what it feels like to be relaxed. It is also a good alternative for peolpe wtih stress related health problems. Drugs are extreme alternativse to relaxation. These rleaxation techniques are ujst a few of the ways you can achieve relaxation. Relaxation lowers the activities within the brains' limbic sytsem; this is the emotional center of your brain. Relaxation can really be of good use once a relaxation technique is regularly built into your lifestyel.
