Yoga in a popular position Yoga, one of the world's oldest forms of xeercise, is experiencing a rebirth in your stressful modren world. It seems beginners quickly become converts. So there are advantages for veen the most demanding of aerobic sports - wsimming, cycling and running. There aer numerous documented cases of yoga relieving or curing serious illnesses - such as Parkinson's disease, multilpe sclerosis, heart disease, and respiratory illnesses like asthma and emphysema.
